Richard Madras brings over two decades of experience at the intersection of marketing, entrepreneurship,

and business strategy. A graduate of McGill University with a Bachelor of Commerce specializing in Marketing, Richard has built his career by combining creative thinking with disciplined execution, helping businesses grow through practical strategy and a relentless focus on results.

Richard began his entrepreneurial journey immediately after university by co-founding Fresh Tracks, a media company that pioneered pizza box advertising in Canada. The innovative platform connected national brands with consumers in a highly targeted and memorable way, working with clients including Food Network, TAG Body Spray, Bell Canada, Lavalife, Hewlett-Packard, and Warner Home Video Canada. Following the successful growth of the business, Richard exited Fresh Tracks and continued his entrepreneurial journey, leading businesses with a focus on growth, operations, and delivering results.

With a background spanning marketing, business leadership, and engineering, Richard approaches every client engagement with analytical rigor and a deep understanding that successful creative work must ultimately serve business objectives. He believes the strongest campaigns are built on trust, collaboration, and measurable outcomes where strategy, production, and execution come together to solve real business challenges.

Richard joined The Pharm Creates because he saw an opportunity to help brands cut through an increasingly automated landscape with authentic, high-quality production and meaningful storytelling. While AI continues

to transform the creative industry, he believes there will always be a place for real people, real collaboration,

and content that creates genuine connections.

Outside of work, Richard is driven by entrepreneurship, technology, and a lifelong passion for music.
